cancellations - 1-cancellations within 72 hr (3 days) of the event will be refunded in full 

                         -2-cancellations due to weather or circumstances out of my control will be refunded in full 

safeguarding- personal information will not be sold ,or exploited with third parties ,personal  information will be kept secure under the Data Protection act, Date shared with award providers and course directors will be kept for a duration of time, then destroyed ,Providers /Directors will have their own policies in place these should be read by yourself /guardian 

children under the age of 16 will need the consent of a guardian , name ,phone ,email next of kin ,

information shared with emergency services ,will include your details ,medications ,next of kin ,

we will use your information for conformation and updates ,prior events via ,email or,sms,voice call 

the use of photography,photos or participants ,opt out at any time ,
